Terms and Conditions
- Orders should be placed and paid 72 hours prior to delivery/pickup via our website.
- You can pay by any methods listed in our checkout screen. Please ensure that your credit/debit card is valid on the date of your order placement. If you prefer payment by e-transfer, please send payments to beecanfoods@gmail.com. Order(s) are NOT confirmed until payment is received AND acknowledged by a Beecan representative.
- Orders placed and paid cannot be modified but can be cancelled within 24 hours of when order(s) were placed for full refund. No refund will be processed after this time. Please contact us.
- Any discounts and/or promotions will be calculated upon checkout.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us of any dietary restrictions and/allergies.
- The online ordering application and/or process may include content, information or links to third parties or third party sites. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment details. Beecan Foods will not be responsible, directly or indirectly for any punitive damages.
- The pictures of the products are presentation only. The ordered products may have differences e.g colour, towards the photos online.
- Delivery orders are subject to delivery addresses within defined delivery area and delivery cost varies.
- We aim to provide you with your ordered products within the delivery/collection time but we cannot guarantee the delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances e.g bad weather, road/traffic conditions.
